WE are still “running.” I put running in quotes because what I do looks more like swimming upright and on land. This week’s podcast has six 90-second running intervals, followed by a 2-minute, brisk walking interval. I won’t lie: Today was hard for me. I blame it on the fact that I was under-hydrated. I didn’t get the change to drink very much water at work today, and it is just so hot at school. But don’t worry–I WILL be ready for our run on Thursday.
Matt, on the other hand, looked pretty good. He invested in new running shoes last week, and I got some cute new workout capris. Nothing like new accessories to motivate a body!
